ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II Bethlehem Steel (Bethlehem Plant) "E" for excellence in production pin. The pin is oval in red, white and black and shows two crossed cannon and an anchor at center.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1" in height and 11/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass with painted areas.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with "C" catch.

MARKINGS:

BASTIAN BROS. ROCHESTER N.Y and union marks.

ITEM NOTES:
