This is an American Red Cross officer's cap badge, which is an eagle bearing an enameled red cross.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/16" in height and 2-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper-plated brass, enamel, brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
