ARTIFACT:
Rare, early WWII American Red Cross Great Britain lapel pin or overseas cap badge. The round, red and white enameled badge shows a red cross in the center of a white disc surrounded by a red ring that reads: "AMERICAN RED CROSS GREAT BRITAIN" and the reverse shows a nice maker's mark that reads: "THOMAS FATTGRINI LTD. REGENT ST. BIRMINGHAM".
