WWII 2nd Graduating Class US Trained Chinese Pilot Banner

This is a beautiful World War II banner for the second graduating class of United States-trained Chinese pilots. The silk banner is in bold jewel tones with a flamingo pink backing and reads CONGRATULATIONS GOOD LUCK/BEST WISHES LT. COL. in flocked black felt. The top of the banner has a crest with half the Chinese flag and half the United States flag represented, and the lower edge is fringed.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 49-1/2" in length (to farthest point, including 5-1/2" fringe) and 22" in width.
