WWI Volunteer Franco-American Brigade Lapel Badge

This is a World War I volunteer Franco-American Brigade lapel badge. The badge reads BRIGADE DE VOLONTAIRES FRANCO-AMERICAINS DIEU, PATRIE ET LIBERTE (God, Country and Liberty). The pin shows the United States and French flags crossed and the cameos of two men at center.

Circa World War I.

11/16" height and 7/8" width.

Gold-plated brass with enamel accents.

Single screw post with disc backing.
