ARTIFACT: This is a very rare silver World War II United States Army Airways Communications System distinctive insignia pin made in the China-Burma-India theater. The pin shows an aircraft orbiting the globe with a lightning bolt in the atmosphere.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 1-1/8" x 7/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under "C" catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.
