Description

ARTIFACT:

This is an unfired circa mid-1960s promotional lighter for the Vought Corsair II (A-7) aircraft. The A-7 was a light attack aircraft that made its debut in 196It was flown by the US Air Force and the US Navy. The lighter was made by Roland Viscount of Japan and is in excellent condition.

VINTAGE:

Circa mid-1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 2" in width and 7/16" in thickness.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome-plated brass, painted areas.

ATTACHMENT:

Screw.

MARKINGS:

ROLAND VISCOUNT JAPAN on bottom.

ITEM NOTES:
