ARTIFACT: This is a mint and unfired circa 1960 United States Navy Carrier Division 1 lighter. This beautiful lighter was made by Penguin of Japan and has a nice applied enamel insignia on one side and an enameled two-star admiral flag on the other.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 1-1/2" in width and 1/2" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome-plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Hinge.

MARKINGS: Penguin High Quality Sharp Lighter on bottom.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a 1960s USN aircraft carrier division lighter collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay VBJX14 LAAEX5/14

CONDITION: 9+ (Near Mint): The lighter is unfired and in mint condition.
