Description

ARTIFACT:

This is sterling silver World War II United States Army son-in-service pin. The pin is chained, with a blue star within a red rectangle at one end and an eagle at the other.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Pins: approximately 1/2" by 3/8" and 7/16" by ½"; chain: about 2" in length.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver, painted details.

ATTACHMENT:

Safety-style pins, chain.

MARKINGS:

STERLING.
