Sterling WWII USAAF Son-in-Service Chained Pin

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces chained son-in-service pin in sterling silver. One end of the pin is a petite winged propeller and the other is an enameled bar with a single blue star at its center.

Circa World War II.

Bar: approximately 5/16" in height and 11/16" in width; propeller pin: approximately 9/16" in height and 7/8" in width; chain is about 1-5/8" in length.

Sterling silver, enamel.

Horizontal safety-style pins; chain.
