ARTIFACT: This is a rare World War II donation badge for Russian War Relief. A controversial group in the eyes of the FBI, the group had Fred Myers as their Executive Director, future founder of the Humane Society of the United States. The badge is a bear, a traditional Russian symbol, holding a V for victory.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in height x 5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated white metal with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Straight Pin.

MARKINGS: OFF. PAT. PEND. RWR.
