This is a scarce circa 1943 Royal Canadian Air Force wireless air gunner wing. The wing is of the straight wing design, and reads WAG RCAF framed by rust-colored laurels. It is topped by a dark red crown.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II (1943).
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 3-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
