This is a scarce 1943 issue Royal Canadian Air Force navigator wing. Two rust colored laurel branches are supported by a single wing and bear a beautiful crown above.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 3-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a Great Britain collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEX11 LABEX5/11
CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): The wing shows hardly any wear.
