Description
This is a scarce hardcover "China Handbook 1937-1943: A Comprehensive Survey of Major Developments in China in Six Years of War". The first page has an inscription to Captain Albert W. Bloom, P.R.O. U.S.A.F.- CBI. The book is a compilation of the major changes that occurred within a seven-year period during Chinese Civil War in several areas, including the country's population, foreign relations, relief activities and prison conditions. The book includes one great fold-out map of China at the end.

SIZE:876 pages plus addenda and some charts (one fold-out), one fold-out map; approximately 9" in height and 6-1/4" in width and 2" in thickness.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The book shows some spots of moderate wear to the edge of the cover and some marks on the outside edge of the pages; inside of the book shows some light aging with no tears or writing.
