ARTIFACT: This is a rare World War II US Navy Chief Petty Officer full sized hat badge by H & H. The metal has been blackened, as worn by US Navy Seabees (CBs), on their fatigue uniforms, or when they were attached to US Marine Corps units.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Size 1-3/4" x 1-1/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Blackened Sterling Silver.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with locking come-under swivel catch.

MARKINGS: "USN"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX17 LABEX7/17 SAAJX03/19

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): Very light wear and tarnish.
