Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a miniature circa World War II United States Navy CPO (Chief Petty Officer) hat badge.

This badge has the letters "USN" mounted upon the anchor, and an H&H maker mark on its reverse.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 7/8" in height and 9/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-fill on sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS:

1/20 10K + STER, H&H eagle maker mark.
