This is a Beautiful World War II USCG United States Cost Guard CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Base in Gold Plated & Sterling by H&H.

World War II.

Approximately: 1-13/16" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

Gold Plated & Sterling.

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

H-H with Hallmark 1/20 10K + STERLING

8+ (Excellent): The badge shows little to minor wear and slightly tarnished. Overall, it is in excellent condition.
