Rare circa 1943 United States Navy CPO (Chief Petty Officer) hat badge in Wartime Shortages Material by H & H. Gold and silver plated, cast white metal. The badge is an anchor with the letters: "USN" in silver plated detail.

Circa 1943.

Approximately 1-3/4" x 1-1/16".

Gold and silver plated, cast white metal.

Vertical pin with drop in locking swivel catch.
