This is a rare circa World War II United States Civil Air Patrol (CAP) observer wing by Robbins Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The wing is in sterling silver with red and blue enamel.

Approximately 13/16 in height by 1-1/2" in width.

Sterling silver, enamel.

Diagonal pin with drop-in swivel locking catch.
