This is a scarce World War II Civil Air Patrol winged propeller collar insignia. Both the insignia and the clutch-back backings are in sterling silver.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" in height and 1-1/8"; in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling (pin and backings).
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:STERLING (on insignia and backings).

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The pin shows some light wear and tarnish.
