This a rare sterling silver United States Civil Air Patrol (CAP) observer's wing by Robbins Company. The badge shows one spread wing and the CAP propeller logo.

Circa World War II.

3/4" height and 1-1/2" width.

Sterling silver with enamel.

Diagonal pin with drop-in swivel catch.
