ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II Civil Air Patrol (CAP) pilot wing by Robbins Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The wing is in enameled sterling silver and has a period repair to the hinge.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/8"e; in height and 2-7/16"e; in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver, enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

ROBBINS CO. ATTLEBORO STERLING.

ITEM NOTES:
