ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II Civil Air Patrol (CAP) pilot wing. The wing is in sterling silver with red and blue enamel and was made by Robbins Co. of Attleboro, Massachusetts.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 2-1/2" in length.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver, enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking catch.

MARKINGS:

ROBBINS CO. ATTLEBORO STERLING.
