This is a Rare, Possibly First Issue Berkley 1870s Berkley Massachusetts Police Badge. Stylistically similar to Early Police Badges from neighboring Rhode Island.
VINTAGE:1870s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/4" in height x 2-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated nickel.
