Beautiful and rare WWII overseas cap size United States Army Transportation Service Officer hat badge in gilt and enameled sterling silver. The hat badge is a spread winged eagle bearing a red, white, and blue enameled stars and bars shield on its chest and clutching crossed anchors in its talons.
