Description
This is a rare and classic World War I United States Army Service wing by Dan S. Dunham Company of San Antonio, Texas. The wing is finely wrought in silver with a 14 karat gold US at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" in height and 3-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver, 14 karat gold, wool, brass, nickel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch, three posts with disc backings.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows some light wear, mostly along the edge, and has a handsome tarnish. There is a piece of the cloth missing from reverse.
