ARTIFACT:

This is a Rare and Iconic WWI US Air Service Pilot Wing by SHREVE & CO. This is the classic, Iconic Shreve wing. Condition is excellent, although a bit darker in tarnish. The US would come up bright with a very light cleaning if desired. 

VINTAGE:

Circa WWI.

SIZE:

About 3-15/16" in width by 7/8" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with a "drop-in" locking catch.

MARKINGS:

"SHREVE & CO STERLING"

CONDITION:
