Rare Ca. 1950 - 1955 TWA (Trans World Airlines) Stewardess Wing, 1st Issue, Type 2 by Balfour

Rare circa 1950 ??? 1955 Trans-World Airlines (TWA) Stewardess wing, 1st Issue, Type 2 in sterling silver by Balfour. The half wing is a disc that features a detailed and raised image of an aircraft with the letters: "TWA" along the center. The right (viewer's right) side of the disc features an intricately detailed, feathered wing.
