Rare 1940-1943 Partito Nazionale Fascista Provincial VP Country Reserve Officer Breast Badge

This is a rare circa 1940-1943 officer breast badge for the Italian Fascist Party (PNF - Partito Nazionale Fascista) Provincial Vice President of the Country Reserve. The PNF, conceived of by Benito Mussolini, prevailed from 1922 until 194The badge is by Tanfani & Bertarelli, and is embroidered in gold bullion and has an affixed enameled medallion.

Circa 1940-1943.

Approximately 3-1/8" in height and 2-3/8" in width.

Silk and wool felt embroidered in silk/ cotton and bullion thread, gilt brass with enamel, paper backing.
