Rare 1930s New York State Guard Special Troops DI

This is a Rare 1930's New York State Guard Special Troops DI. There is a pair each of green, yellow and white Vs merging in the middle. 

1930s.

Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

Gilt brass, enamel.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.
