ARTIFACT: (Possibly) Early 20th century Kansas State Hospital Training School nurse graduation pin by Stephen Lane Folger Inc. in New York. The pin features a red enameled cross in the center of the gilt brass pin and surrounding the outer edge it reads: "K. S. H. T. S. 1914". The reverse shows a maker's mark that reads: "FOLGER 180 B'WAY N.Y." The date on the pin is likely the year the school was founded or established and not the year of graduation, though the pin may still be from this time period.
