Ca 1900 Springfield Massachusetts Hospital Training School for Nurses 10K Graduation Pin

This is an enameled graduation pin in 10 karat gold from Springfield Hospital Training School for Nurses in Massachusetts. The pin is circa 1900, a mere eight years after the school opened with six enrollees. The school closed in 1999.

Approximately 1-1/16" in height x 15/16" in width.

10 karat gold, enamel. 5.4 gm, 3.5 dwt.

Horizontal pin with Tiffany catch.
