Named 1931 St. Joseph's Hospital (Lowell, Massachusetts) 10K Nurse Graduation Pin by Balfour

This is a circa 1931 named nurse graduation pin by Balfour for St. Joseph's Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. Renamed in 1930, the Lowell Corporation Hospital had begun as the nation's first industrial hospital in 183The pin is in beautifully enameled 10 karat gold.

Circa 1931.

Approximately 13/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.

10 karat gold, enamel.

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch; loop.
