This is a 1965 official badge for the Freehold Raceway in Freehold, New Jersey. The raceway has been running since 1853 and has both thoroughbred and harness racing. The badge is numbered on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa 1965.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single post with clutch-back.
MARKINGS:1965; 103 on reverse.
