Nice 1930's US Army 2nd Coast Artillery Regiment DI or Unit Crest by Meyer

This is a nice 1930's US Army 2nd Coast Artillery Regiment Division Insignia or Unit Crest. The circular insignia depicts a bird over an "X" and on the ring around the bird reads "FIDUS ULTRA FINEM" which translates roughly to "Faithful to the End.

Circa 1930's

About 1-1/16" in diameter.

Enameled Brass.

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

"N.S. MEYER NEW YORK."
