Description
Nice 1930's ??? 1940's Getzville, New York fire department Foreman badge in gold-plated nickeled brass. The slightly convex center of the badge shows three fire horns in nice raised detail and surrounding them reads: "FOREMAN GETZVILLE, N.Y. F. D.". The shield shaped badge features an eagle perched at the top with spread wings and a bowed head.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The badge shows minor to moderate wear mostly to high points, light spots of verdigris, much of the black painted details remain intact, overall very fine condition.
