Nice 1930's 1940's New York City Transit System Employee Badge. The center of the round badge features the number: "2240" and surrounding it reads: "NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT SYSTEM" in black painted detail with a black ring embellishment around the outer edge.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930's 1940's
SIZE:Approximately 2" in diameter
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel plated brass, black paint
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with drop in locking swivel catch.
