ARTIFACT: This is a New York Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Post 327 associate member celluloid badge. The badge shows an image of a five-pointed star medal and has a yellow ribbon hanging below.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900.

SIZE: 3" height and 1-5/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid-wrapped tin with yellow silk ribbon and paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin.

MARKINGS: EHRMAN MFG CO. BOSTON on bottom edge and Ehrman Co. information and union marks stamped on reverse.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Badge shows some very light abrasions only.
