Late 1960s USAF 493rd Tactical Fighter Squadron Jacket Patch NATO Japanese-Made

This is a circa late 1960s jacket patch for the United States Air Force 493rd Tactical Fighter Squadron (493rd TFS). From 1960 until 1972, the squadron worked in conjunction with NATO and USAFE and flew F-100 aircraft. The embroidered yellow twill patch is Japanese-made.

Circa late 1960s.

Approximately 4-5/8" in height and 3-5/8" in width.

Twill embroidered cotton/polyester threads, cloth backing.
