Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa late 1960s jacket patch for the United States Air Force 4104th Air Refueling Squadron (4104thth AREFS). The 4104th AREFS was stationed at Korat Air Force Base in Thailand. The patch is Thai-made and features a ferocious tiger at its center over the words TIGER CLAW.

VINTAGE:

Circa late 1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-5/8" in height and 3-1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
