ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1960s United States Air Force 911th Air Refueling Squadron (AREFS) jacket patch. The patch is fully embroidered and shows a red eagle holding a flaming sword in its beak.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 3-5/8" in height and 3-7/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: VIA AIR MAIL label on reverse.
