Late 1950s Salisbury, Massachusetts Police Wallet Badge in Clamshell Style

This is a circa late 1950s Salisbury, Massachusetts Police wallet badge. The badge is in the clamshell style and is numbered 1Bordering the central seal are the words COMM. OF MASSACHUSETTS. We also have a slightly earlier badge with the same number for sale that reads STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS instead (please see link at bottom of page for more information).

Circa late 1950s.

Approximately 1-9/16" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

Gilt and plated brass, enamel details.

Vertical pin on bar.

11 on front; PAT. No. on bar.
