ARTIFACT: This is a Northwest Airlines stewardess half wing from the late 1950s. The wing shows a slightly off-center red, white and blue bull's-eye design with an arrowhead-shaped compass needle pointing northwest.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/8" in height and 1-7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a drop-in locking catch.

MARKINGS: Maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. LCBEX5/11

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has some very small spots of light to medium wear and a light tarnish in some places.
