ARTIFACT: This is a late 1940s shipyard worker badge from the engineering firm of Hinzmann & Waldmann Marine Contractors of New York City. The badge is numbered 250.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass, paper, celluloid.

ATTACHMENT: Diagonal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a nautical collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX12 LDEX2/12

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge shows some small areas of light to medium wear and tarnish.
