This is a large 1920's-30's Citizens Military Training Camps Instructor breast badge. This circular badge has red, white, and blue enamel on brass, and the words on the outside read "THE ARMY OF THE UNITED STATES - REGULAR ARMY - ORGANIZED RESERVES - NATIONAL GUARD
