Great WWII United States Army 202nd Field Artillery Group Command Post Sign from the European Theater of Operations. Created by Corporal William Shirley Jr. of C. Battery, the sign depicts a US artillery round bearing down on a running scared, German soldier, his swastika - festooned helmet flying off his head. Classic!

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The command post sign shows moderate to heavy wear, a few creases near base and corners (do not detract), much of the painted detail remains intact.
