This is a great, very first issue World War II United States Army Air Force flight nurse wing in gilt brass. The wing shows a caduceus with an N flanked by a pair of spread wings.
VINTAGE:Circa 1943.
SIZE:2" wing.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two pins with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:ACID TEST on pin; discs have patent numbers.
