Rare Circa 1944 Issue USAAF Flight Nurse Wing Made from 1943 Dies

This is a rare circa 1944 issue United States Army Air Forces flight nurse wing. The wing is in sterling silver, and was made using 1943 dies.

Circa 1944.

Approximately 5/8" in height by 2" in width.

Sterling silver.

Two posts with clutch-backs.
