This is a great early World War II badge from North Africa for the British 8th Army formation, which crossed paths with Rommel. Many Polish units served under the 8th during World War II. The badge is a shield bearing a golden cross.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II .
SIZE:Approximately 2-7/16" in height and 2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt with muslin embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The patch shows moderate wear with some light discoloration.
