This is an early World War II French pilot badge locally-made in North Africa. The badge shows an eagle against a wreath topped by a three-dimensional gold star.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:About 1-5/8" in height by 2" in width
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under "C" clasp.
MARKINGS:None.
